War of aggression against Yugoslavia
The operation order against Yugoslavia has to be objected to!

The U.N. Security Council unambiguously spoke against a military attack on Yugoslavia. The German Bundestag [House of Representatives, lower house of parliament] acted in contempt of the U.N. Security Council's decision and thus violates a multiple range of laws and constitutional articles.

  • violation of Article 26 (1), Basic Law [constitution] (Ban on preparations for war of aggression);1)

  • violation of Article 42, U.N. Charter;

  • violation of §80, Criminal Code (Preparations for war of aggression);

  • Thus the operation order against Yugoslavia is also a violation of §11, Soldiers' Law.2)

The soldiers are obliged to object to the operation order.

Stop the German war of aggression against Yugoslavia!

Notes:

  1. "Acts tending to and undertaken with intent to disturb the peaceful relations between nations, especially to prepare for a war of aggression, shall be unconstitutional. They shall be made a criminal offense."

  2.  §11(2) obliges soldiers to object to illegal orders. According to §10(4) of the same law, it is prohibited to superiors to issue orders that do not conform to international or national laws.
